Houan Tu, graduated from Qingdao university in 2020 with an anesthesiology master degree. His Ph.D project is to unravel the mediating role of DNA repair in obesity development when exposed to an obesogenic environment, and to asses if the adverse effects on DNA repair and genome stability in overweight and obese individuals will be reversible.
