B.AS. Anastasiya Mircheva

Studied Chemistry at HZ University of Applied Sciences in Vlissingen, Netherlands and graduated in July 2022, specialized in Life Sciences. During my studies, I also followed a Biomedical Engineering semester at Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul, Turkey. For my graduation thesis project, I studied the DNA response to oxidative damage of preeclampsia (PE)-diseased placentas through the Comet-based in vitro DNA repair assay.

I am currently employed as Research Assistant at the Pharmacology and Toxicology department of Maastricht University conducting a series of genotoxicity studies.
