Alex Mommers earned his Bachelor's degree at Zuyd University in Heerlen in 2017. After graduating, he joined the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology as a research technician. Alex specializes in developing and applying robust qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses, utilizing advanced hyphenated techniques such as LC-MS and GC-MS. He also incorporates chemometric techniques to refine method development and enhance data interpretation. His primary focus is on small molecule analysis, with a strong emphasis on metabolomics.
